This special edition of my Shed & Shine retreat falls just after Korean Independence Day (Gwangbokjeol) — a time of resilience, renewal, and reclaiming joy — and we’ll celebrate in true Sarah style: with movement, mindfulness, and a delicious Korean meal made with love.
